简要总结
Change of direction ability and sprint speed will be assessed in recreational football players following a six-week intervention period. Participants will be allocated into two groups, one group will undergo a plyometric training program, and the other group will undergo a high-intensity interval training program. The effectiveness of the two interventions will be compared.
Outcome measures will be recorded at baseline and after completion of the intervention. Change of direction will be assessed using the Illinois Change of Direction Test, and sprint speed will be assessed using the 20-meter sprint run test. Each test will be performed three times, and the best performance will be considered for statistical analysis.
