- •Age de 50 ans à 85 ans,
- •Voie d’abord de hanche antérolatérale (transglutéale de Hardinge)

- •Contre indication à l’intervention chirurgicale et/ou allergie connue aux produits anesthésiques locaux,
- •Reprise chirurgicale,
- •Prothèse sur fracture col du fémur,
- •Chirurgie par voie mini invasive ou autre voie d’abord,
- •Age inférieur à 50 ans ou supérieur à 85 ans,
- •Indication d’utilisation d’un cell saver,
- •Contres indications liées à l’adrénaline : hypersensibilité aux sulfites, arythmie ventriculaire, cardiomyopathie obstructive, hypertension artérielle non contrôlée.
