入选标准
- •1. Adult patients posted for elective OPCAB
- •2. Adult patients with left ventricular dysfunction with ejection fraction less than or equal to 35%
排除标准
- •1. Patients having EF more than 35%
- •2. Patients simultaneously operated for any other surgery along with OPCAB
- •3. Patients having deranged renal functions
- •4. Patients having deranged hepatic function
- •5. Patients having thrombocytopenia or any known bleeding disorders
- •6. Patients having clinically significant arrhythmia
- •7. Patients having obstructive airway or lung parenchymal disease
- •8. Patients requiring dose of milrinone >0.5 μgm/kg/min
- •9. Patients requiring any other inotropic agents intraoperatively
- •10.Patients requiring conversion from OPCAB to ON PUMP CAB
