candidated for open heart surgery
pulmonary pressure more than 40 mmhg
20 years <age <70 years

Exclusion Criteria

Patient refusal
redo surgery
COPD
Kindey or Hepatic Failure
LVEF<40mmhg
Pulmonary bleeding in pulmonary HTN
Mean pulmonary artery pressure>25mmhg
