1. Moderate to severe mitral stenosis
2. Preoperative mean pulmonary artery pressure more than 40 mm Hg
Exclusion Criteria
severe mitral regurgitation
severe tricuspid regurgitation
patient refusal
known allergy to study drug
hepatic or renal disease
