Inclusion Criteria

1. Adult patients posted for elective OPCAB

2. Adult patients with left ventricular dysfunction with ejection fraction less than or equal to 35%

Exclusion Criteria

1. Patients having EF more than 35%

2. Patients simultaneously operated for any other surgery along with OPCAB

3. Patients having deranged renal functions

4. Patients having deranged hepatic function

5. Patients having thrombocytopenia or any known bleeding disorders

6. Patients having clinically significant arrhythmia

7. Patients having obstructive airway or lung parenchymal disease

8. Patients requiring dose of milrinone >0.5 μgm/kg/min

9. Patients requiring any other inotropic agents intraoperatively

10.Patients requiring conversion from OPCAB to ON PUMP CAB
