Inclusion Criteria
1. Biopsy proven Carcinoma of Breast
2.Karnofsky performance scale score 70 or above
3.TNM stages- pT1-4N0-3M0 breast cancer who underwent mastectomy surgery
4.Patients who have given informed consent
5.Normal Liver and kidney function test
Exclusion Criteria
1. metastatic stage carcinoma breast.
2. Ductal carcinoma in situ
3. Lack of histopathological proof of malignancy
4. Doubtful follow-up and/ or non-compliance
5. Uncontrolled comorbid conditions e.g hypertension, diabetes mellitus, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, coronary artery disease, severe mental or physical disorder
6. Pregnancyâ??
7. Deranged liver/kidney function test
8. Patients refusing to give written informed consent
