Inclusion Criteria

Pregnant women aged 18 years or over who are undergoing prenatal care at usual risk, exclusively, in family health units and with gestational ages between 25 and 30 weeks, literate and who have a landline and/or cell phone, will be included.

Exclusion Criteria

Twin pregnancy; pregnant women over 32 weeks, because at the time of post-intervention collection they may be in labor or may have already given birth, thus compromising the final follow-up of the research, which is data collection during the gestational period; be a health care professional.
