Critically ill patients in the emergency department who have been admitted for at least 3 hours and are ready to be transferred to intensive care unit with the doctor's order.
Nurses working permanently in the emergency department
Nurses should have at least two months of experience working in the emergency room
Nurses must have a nursing associate degree, internship or higher.
There is no age limit for patients
Nurses should be between 22 and 60 years old.
Presence of patients in the emergency department for less than 3 hours
Absence of indication to transport the patient to the intensive care unit
