- •* acute onset (< 6 hours)
- •* diagnosed with STEMI according to the criteria of the ACC
- •* initial oral informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •* Clinical instability
- •* Known allergy to ultrasound contrast agents
- •* Any reason judged by the investigators to hamper inclusion
