Inclusion Criteria
- •Inclusion criteria (the diagnostic criteria refer to Chinese guidelines for the prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus, 2017 Edition)
- •1. IFG: fasting venous plasma glucose >= 6.1mmol/l and < 7.00mmol/l, 2 hours after loading blood glucose < 7.80mmol/l.
- •2. IGT: fasting plasma glucose < 7.00 mmol / L, 2 hours after loading blood glucose >= 7.80 mmol / L and < 11.10 mol / L.
- •3. Aged 18 to 65 years old and signed informed consent.
- •Those who meet the requirements of item 1 or 2 or both of them can be diagnosed as prediabetes, and those who meet item 3 can enter the study.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1. Patients who took hypoglycemic drugs in recent 3 months;
- •2. Patients who have received acupuncture treatment in recent 1 month;
- •3. Patients who have serious fear of acupuncture and refuse acupuncture treatment;
- •4. Patients with serious primary diseases or mental diseases such as serious cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, etc;
- •5. Pregnant or lactating women;
- •6. BMI>= 28kg/m2.
