Inclusion Criteria
1.SCI presenting within 72 hours of injury
2.Level C3-C8
3.Incomplete injury (ISNCSCI grade B, C, D)
Exclusion Criteria
1.Penetrating injury
2.Significant head(GCS <14)/ chest/ abdominal injury
3.Pre-existing renal/ liver disease
4.Concomitant use of other drugs
5.Pregnancy
