KOA inclusion criteria 1) Meet the clinical diagnostic criteria for KOA; 2) Imaging diagnosis of knee osteophyte formation; 3) Age 50-80 years; 4) Knee X-ray K/L grade 1-4, and can independently walk at least 8 meters on flat ground and up and down 8 steps; 5) Knee VAS score of 10-60mm in daily activities 1 week before the test; 6) During the study period, maintain the original diet pattern and avoid major changes; 7) Volunteer to participate and sign the informed consent.
KOA exclusion criteria 1) A variety of acute, infectious, infectious diseases, and visceral dysfunction; 2) Other diseases of the nervous system and musculoskeletal system affect gait posture, such as stroke, fracture, rheumatoid arthritis, plantar fasciitis, Low back pain, etc.; 3) Use non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or corticosteroids within 24 hours before the test; those who have received medication, modern or traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation methods in the last 2 weeks; intra-articular steroids have been used in the past 3 months; intra-articular hyaluronic acid injection in the past 6 months; preparation for total knee arthroplasty within 1 year; 4) Long-term regular aerobic exercise (=3 times per week, lasting more than 3 months ); 5) severe cognitive impairment (MoCA<18 points); 6) unable to cooperate with assessment and treatment.
