30 Years to 60 Years (—)
Sex

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1. Male or Female Aged between 30-60 years old
  • 2. Body Mass Index (BMI) 18-25 kg/m2
  • 3. DASS-21 indicate stress or anxiety
  • 4. Can read and write Thai language

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1. Volunteers who have been diagnosed with one of the following; heart disease, lung disease or allergies, diabetes, high blood pressure, liver disease, kidney disease, head injury, and mental disorder.
  • 2. Volunteers who use antibiotics in the last one week before study.
  • 3. Volunteers who use supplement contain probiotics in the last three months before study.
  • 4. Volunteers who have been Hysterectomy and/or Oophorectomy.
  • 5. Volunteers who use hormone or any drug that effect on on the nervous system, Hypothalamic Pituitary Gonadal axis, Hypothalamic Pituitary Adrenal, and Hypothalamic Pituitary Thyroid axis.
  • 6. Volunteers who use antibiotics immunosuppressant in the last 1 week before the study
  • 7. Use of food supplement contain probiotics/prebiotics/dietary fibers more 3 times/week
  • 8. Drinking alcohol more than 5 times per day
  • 9. Smoking more than 10 pieces per day
  • 10. Pregnancy or breastfeeding
