- •- Essential hypertension with or without proteinuria
- •- History of organ transplantation
- •- Concomitant disease
- •- HELLP syndrome
- •- Thrombocytopenia
- •- Non hypertensive proteinuria and IUGR without associated maternal symptoms,
- •- Chronic medication use
- •- Under specialist control for chronic disease
- •- Multiple gestation
- •- Abnormal echocardiogram

Maternal, uteroplacental and fetal haemodynamic effect of Nicardipine in severe pre-eclampsia. - CORCA IIHypertensive crisis in patients with severe pre-eclampsia needs to be treated to prevent maternal and fetal complications.
