Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Pregnant women with Tetralogy of Fallot presenting before 20 weeks of gestation in a participating center

Exclusion Criteria

  • •\- Multiple gestation
  • •\- Essential hypertension with or without proteinuria
  • •\- History of organ transplantation
  • •\- Concomitant disease, such as diabetes, thyroid dysfunction, autoimmune disease , cholestasis or liver disease
  • •\- HELLP syndrome \- Thrombocytopenia
  • •\- Non hypertensive proteinuria and IUGR without associated maternal symptoms

Maternal, uteroplacental and fetal haemodynamic effect of Nicardipine in severe pre-eclampsia. - CORCA IIHypertensive crisis in patients with severe pre-eclampsia needs to be treated to prevent maternal and fetal complications.
