Inclusion Criteria
Age Patients between 18 to 30 years
Subjects fulfilling the diagnostic criteria
No any psychic and somatic disease history
No any recent incidents like relative death and medical emergency
Regular menstrual cycle
Patients who are willing to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
Age below 18 and above 30 years
Irregular menstrual cycle
Recent history of surgery
Lactating mother
Known case of Hypothyroidism Hyperthyroidism PCOD
Patients who are not willing to participate in the study

Name Time Method STRUCTURED YOGA PROTOCOL IS EFFECTIVE IN PREMENSTRUAL SYNDROME <br/ ><br>ASSESMENT BY PSST(Premenstrual Symptom Screening Tool), PHQ-ADS scale ( patient health questionnaire and anxiety depression Scale)Timepoint: assessment will be done with the help of above mentioned scales at baseline and for every menstrual cycle after starting the intervention upto 5 months
