- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Primary aim of the study is the assessment of lean tissue. Thus, we use a multifrequency bioelectrical impedance device on a weekly basis.
To control factors related to muscle wasting, we use daily nutritional, training, and sleep diarys.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Secondary outcome of our study is the assessment of contractile properties with Myoton and Tensiomyography every 2 weeks.
Furthermore, we measure quality of sleep (Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, questionnaire) as well as mood (Germany version of the Profile of Mood States questionnaire) every 2 weeks.
