Inclusion Criteria
Patients with Acute Bronchial Asthma in age group of 3 to 12 years age
Exclusion Criteria
1) Patients of Pneumonia
2) Presence of Congenital Heart Disease
3) Patients with suspected foreign body aspiration
4) Very sick patients with co morbid conditions as Seizures, Shock, Congestive HHeart Failure
