Inclusion Criteria

(1) aged between 20-40;
(2) meet the diagnostic criteria of DOR;
(3) have a need for fertility, and intend to have a spontaneous pregnancy or to use an antagonist regimen to promote ovulation in the next IVF cycle evaluated by a reproductive physician;
(4) volunteer to participate in the trial and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion Criteria

(1) combined with any kind of related diseases that affect conception like congenital developmental abnormalities of reproductive organs, untreated endometrial polyps, untreated uterine infection, etc; (2) combined with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS); (3) combined with untreated hyperprolactinemia, hyperandrogenemia, abnormal thyroid function, chronic adrenal hypofunction, and other metabolic endocrine diseases; (4) combined with severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, malignant tumors, hematopoietic system, and mental diseases; (5) have received acupuncture treatment related to improving fertility in the past three months; (6) expect to receive IVF-ET within 2 months after enrollment.
