入选标准
- •? Meet the diagnostic criteria of acne;
- •? The lesions were mainly located in the face;
- •? Conform to TCM classification and syndrome differentiation;
- •? Age 18-40 years old, regardless of gender;
- •? The course of disease was more than 6 months;
- •? The patient signed the informed consent form.
排除标准
- •? Drug induced acne, occupational acne, delayed acne and explosive acne;
- •? Antibiotics and retinoic acid preparations were used in recent 4 weeks, and hormone drugs were used in recent 8 weeks;
- •? Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction, cardiopulmonary insufficiency and serious diseases of digestive tract and blood system;
- •? Severe allergic constitution, allergic to known drugs or taboo;
- •? Patients with mental illness, tumor disease and immune deficiency;
- •? Other therapies were used at the same time, which affected the judgment of curative effect.
