A study to assess the Adaptation to Post-Graduate Nursing Education Course among M.Sc. Nursing students at All India Institute of Medical Sciences, India.

M.Sc. Nursing plays a pivotal role in equipping nurses with advanced skills, leadership capabilities and specialized clinical expertise, The transition from Undergraduate nursing courses to Post-graduate (M.Sc. Nursing) nursing education represents a significant change in the nursing student’s academic and professional journey as they have to come across higher academic expectations, increased clinical responsibilities and a new learning environment, So, the ways of adaptation can affects student’s academic performance, clinical competence, psychological well being and carrier satisfaction. Therefore, the researcher wants to assess the adaptation and what are the facilitators leading M.Sc Nursing students to be in the Post graduate Nursing Education Course at AIIMS, India.
