- •Low back pain with unilateral lumbosacral radicular pain of at least 3 months duration not responding to medications and physical therapies .
Exclusion Criteria
- •Facet joint arthopathy
- •Allergic to contrast or steroid
- •Bleeding Patient with history of surgery on lumbar spine
- •Spinal canal diathesis
- •1.stenosis
