Inclusion Criteria

  • Low back pain with unilateral lumbosacral radicular pain of at least 3 months duration not responding to medications and physical therapies .

Exclusion Criteria

  • Facet joint arthopathy
  • Allergic to contrast or steroid
  • Bleeding Patient with history of surgery on lumbar spine
  • Spinal canal diathesis
  • 1.stenosis
  • 2.Facet joint arthopathy
  • 3.Allergic to contrast or steroid
  • 4.Bleeding Patient with history of surgery on lumbar spine
  • 5.Spinal canal diathesis
