  • •Low back pain with unilateral lumbosacral radicular pain of at least 3 months duration not responding to medications and physical therapies .

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Facet joint arthopathy
  • •Allergic to contrast or steroid
  • •Bleeding Patient with history of surgery on lumbar spine
  • •Spinal canal diathesis
  • •1.stenosis
  • •2.Facet joint arthopathy
  • •3.Allergic to contrast or steroid
  • •4.Bleeding Patient with history of surgery on lumbar spine
