Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •26\-36 Weeks Of Gestation Admitted To NICU With Diagnosis Of Respiratory problems.
  • •Infant Have Low Spo2 according to gestational age, High Respiratory Rate, Problem In Breathing.
  • •Mechanically Ventilated Neonates with all control assisted and assisted mode of ventilator.
  • •Silverman Alderson Score Is \>0
  • •Medically Stable Infant at time of treatment.
  • •Low birth weight \<2kg

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Neonates with respiratory and cardiac congenital anomalies, respiratory congenital disease like cystic fibrosis.
  • •Neonates with seizures.
  • •Acute stage of RDS when child first need medical attention in emergency.
  • •Neonates who underwent surgical procedures.
  • •Genetic syndrome.
  • •Infant with any injury, fracture or major cerebral abnormality, haemorrhage.
  • •major airway interventions like manual hyperinflation or bronchial lavage performed in previous 12hr, Neonates who will on control mode of ventilator.
