Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •26\-36 Weeks Of Gestation Admitted To NICU With Diagnosis Of Respiratory problems.
- •Infant Have Low Spo2 according to gestational age, High Respiratory Rate, Problem In Breathing.
- •Mechanically Ventilated Neonates with all control assisted and assisted mode of ventilator.
- •Silverman Alderson Score Is \>0
- •Medically Stable Infant at time of treatment.
- •Low birth weight \<2kg
Exclusion Criteria
- •Neonates with respiratory and cardiac congenital anomalies, respiratory congenital disease like cystic fibrosis.
- •Neonates with seizures.
- •Acute stage of RDS when child first need medical attention in emergency.
- •Neonates who underwent surgical procedures.
- •Genetic syndrome.
- •Infant with any injury, fracture or major cerebral abnormality, haemorrhage.
- •major airway interventions like manual hyperinflation or bronchial lavage performed in previous 12hr, Neonates who will on control mode of ventilator.
