Inclusion Criteria
1. Ambulatory patients with PAH and WHO functional class I to III, 2. Patients are stable and with no change in disease targeted medications for at least 3 months
Exclusion Criteria
1. severe obstructive and restrictive lung diseases, 2. severe ischemic heart disease, 3. left heart failure, 4. cognitive disorders, 5. orthopedic problems
