Inclusion Criteria
Patients undergoing unilateral laparoscopic Inguinal hernia repair in Kasturba medical college
hospital are selected
Exclusion Criteria
Any other surgery done along with inguinal hernia repair, Laparoscopic
converted to open hernia repair, Recurrent Inguinal hernia repair, Bilateral Inguinal hernia
repair

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The ease of technique and time required to complete the surgery. <br/ ><br>Intra-operative complications like bleeding and injury to surrounding structures.Timepoint: Day 0
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Post operative pain measured with visual analog scale from Day of surgery, Post operative day 1 and Post Operative day 2. <br/ ><br>Post operative complications like urinary retention, port site infection, Groin seroma/haematoma, Scrotal edema/haematoma <br/ ><br>Hospital stay (days after surgery) is noted to compare the post op recovery, <br/ ><br>Follow up done at the first follow up visit to the hospital and at 3 months to look for recurrence.Timepoint: Day 0, Day 1, Day 2, First follow up visit to the hospital(Day 14), 3 Months(90 Days).
