Inclusion Criteria
Age of 18 to 45 years,
Facial unilateral or bilateral acne,
Exclusion Criteria
Pregnancy or breastfeeding,
Using oral contraceptive pills,
History of taking anti-hyperpigmentation in the past 3 months,
History of deep vein thrombosis,
History of myocardial infarction,
History of stroke,
Chronic renal disease,
Color vision impairment
