Participants must be currently studying at a university of applied sciences, university or technical university, university of education and be at least 18 years old.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Primary endpoint is perceived stress (PSS-10). Measurement will take place before the intervention (T1) and after completion of the coaching (T2). A follow-up one year later will also be optional.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Secondary endpoint is psychological well-being, measured with the PHQ-ADS (depression and anxiety symptomatology) and physical well-being, measured with the PHQ-15.<br>Measurements will be taken before the intervention (T1) and after the coaching is completed (T2). A follow-up one year later will also be optional.<br><br>It will be observed if the general self-efficacy expectation (SWE) has an impact on the change in stress levels. The SWE will be assessed before the intervention (T1).<br><br>In addition, subjectively perceived goal achievement, active coping for stress management, work alliance (WAI-SR), and technology acceptance (uMARS) will be observed and surveyed after coaching is completed.<br><br>The survey is conducted within the app via LimeSurvey.
