Inclusion Criteria
1.Patients undergoing orthodontic tooth movement using mini implants.
2.Patients with periodontal probing depth up to 3mm.
3.Patients with no radiographic evidence of periodontal bone loss after a full â??mouth radiographic peri-apical examination.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients with periodontal problems.
2.Patients with gingival inflammation.
3.Patients with any systemic conditions.
4.Patients who have taken anti-inflammatory and antibiotic medications during the past 3 months.
