Inclusion Criteria
1. normal pulp - no signs of pulpitis
2. reversible pulpitis - signs of reversible pulpitis as determined by clinical evaluation methods
3. irreversible pulpitis - signs of irreversible pulpal inflammation determined by patient evaluation, history and clinical tests
Exclusion Criteria
1.Teeth with a negative response to cold test
2.Absence of apical radiolucency
3.Condensing apical periodontitis,
4.Internal/external root resorption,
5.History of trauma
6.Longitudinal root fracture or evidence of a periodontal-endodontic lesion on the day of treatment
7.Immunocompromised patients and those with systemic conditions
8.Periodontally compromised cases
