Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

•1\. Thai elderly patients age 60 years or older.

Exclusion Criteria

•1\.Patients who cannot communicate 2\.Cognitive impairment ( TMSE \<18\) 3\.Life expectancy \<6 months 4\.Unstable condition ( Congestive heart failure, Cardiovascular or respiratory failure , Blood pressure \<90/60mmHg, or \>180/100mmHg, heart rate \>100bpm, oxygen saturation \< 92%, Respiratory rate 22/min) 5\.disabled people 6\. people with prosthesis which disturbs body composition measurement by bioelectrical impedance analysis 7\.History of hospitalization within 3 months
