Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients with chronic pain visiting the pain clinic OPD at Siriraj Hospital
2. Have a complaint of pain for more than 3 months
3. Able to understand and speak Thai
Exclusion Criteria
1. Refusal to participate in the study
2. Pain due to cancer
3. History of medical diagnosis of cognitive impairment or other diagnosed psychiatric illness
