Inclusion Criteria
1.Age of 18 years or more
2.Have a complaint of pain for more than 3 months
3.Able to read and speak Thai
4.Able to complete the pain assessment tools
Exclusion Criteria
1.Refusal to participate in the study
2.Pain due to cancer
3.Difficulty of communication or poor literacy of Thai language
