Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Consenting adult patients of either sex, with age 18 years to 60 years yrs with medically refractory seizure disorder coming for elective surgery in NSOT in our hospital
- •2\. ASA grade I or II undergoing surgery
Exclusion Criteria
- •Exclusion criteria
- •1\. Refusal by the patient or patient relatives
- •2\. Patients of age \<18 or \>60 years
- •3\. pregnant and nursing mothers
- •4\. Coronary artery disease
- •5\. Renal dysfunction
- •6\. ASA grade 3 and above
- •7\. Patients on anti tubercular treatment
- •8\. patients with hepatic dysfunction
- •9\. Patients with hypoalbuminemia
