Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Consenting adult patients of either sex, with age 18 years to 60 years yrs with medically refractory seizure disorder coming for elective surgery in NSOT in our hospital
  • •2\. ASA grade I or II undergoing surgery

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Exclusion criteria
  • •1\. Refusal by the patient or patient relatives
  • •2\. Patients of age \<18 or \>60 years
  • •3\. pregnant and nursing mothers
  • •4\. Coronary artery disease
  • •5\. Renal dysfunction
  • •6\. ASA grade 3 and above
  • •7\. Patients on anti tubercular treatment
  • •8\. patients with hepatic dysfunction
  • •9\. Patients with hypoalbuminemia
