入选标准
- •1. Consenting adult patients of either sex, with age 18 years to 60 years yrs with medically refractory seizure disorder coming for elective surgery in NSOT in our hospital
- •2. ASA grade I or II undergoing surgery
排除标准
- •Exclusion criteria
- •1. Refusal by the patient or patient relatives
- •2. Patients of age <18 or >60 years
- •3. pregnant and nursing mothers
- •4. Coronary artery disease
- •5. Renal dysfunction
- •6. ASA grade 3 and above
- •7. Patients on anti tubercular treatment
- •8. patients with hepatic dysfunction
- •9. Patients with hypoalbuminemia
- •10. Obese patients with BMI > 30
- •11. Allergy to anaesthetic drugs
