Inclusion Criteria

? Patients who met the diagnostic criteria for CKD and were CKD3-5 without dialysis.
? Patients aged 18-75 years.
? Patients with independent movement ability and able to complete baduanjin movement.
? Informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria

? If the following conditions need emergency treatment, the patient shall be excluded: HGB < 70g/L; Or carbon dioxide binding force < 13mmol/L; Or blood potassium > 5.5mmol/L.
? Pregnant or lactating women.
? Complicated with active malignant tumor, decompensated liver cirrhosis, gastrointestinal bleeding, hematopoietic system serious primary diseases; Patients with serious heart and lung diseases, such as acute myocardial infarction, unstable angina pectoris, acute pulmonary embolism or pulmonary infarction; Severe hypertension (systolic blood pressure =200mmHg, diastolic blood pressure =120mmHg) and difficult to control blood pressure; Severe vasculitis of lower extremities, deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities; Patients with muscle, bone, joint and other motor system lesions who cannot or should not exercise.
