Good general health
Moderate to severe generalized chronic periodontitis
Positive bleeding on probing index
At least one periodontal pocket (PD>5mm) in each quadrant
Radiographic evidence of advanced bone resorption
At least 18 years old
Patients who have undergone antibiotic, anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressant treatments in the last 6 months
Patients who have undergone periodontal treatments in the last 6 months
History of alcohol and smoking
Patients with systemic conditions who are unable to receive dental services: blood pressure above 18 systolic, INR above 3.5
pregnancy
Patients who do not attend follow-up sessions.
