(1) Tinnitus was the first complaint;
(2) According to TCM syndrome differentiation type;
(3) Adult patients aged 18-70 (regardless of gender, including patients aged 18 and 70);
(4) With or without hearing loss, if there is sensorineural;
(5) Those who are willing to join the study voluntarily and are willing to follow the treatment plan and process to complete the treatment;
(6) Patients with other systemic diseases need no special treatment.
(1) With objective tinnitus;
(2) Pregnant or lactating women;
(3) Patients who do not comply with the treatment plan and process;
(4) Conduction caused by diseases of external ear, middle ear and inner ear;
(5) Objective tinnitus such as vascular and myogenic tinnitus;
(6) Other diseases of auditory system, such as acoustic neuroma;
(7) Participants in other clinical trials in the past three months;
(8) Tinnitus caused by non otogenic factors such as endocrine, blood, etc.
