入排标准
入选标准
- •Male or Female Subjects aged 18-70 years of age
- •Subjects Diagnosed of Metabolic syndrome as per ATPIII criteria
- •Subjects willing to take residential treatment for minimum 21 days
排除标准
- •Patients not willing to give consent for the study.
- •H/o CAD, Angina, TMT positive for inducible ischemia.
- •Those suffering from Renal Calculi or had a history of renal calculi in past with oxalate or phytate calculi.
- •Uncontrolled hypertension SBP200mmhg, DBP100 mmhg
- •Uncontrolled diabetes (blood glucose 250mg/dl) with or without diabetic nephropathy or microalbuminuria + ve.
- •Those who are on parental insulin, statins etc.
- •Patients taking other therapies such as homeopathy / ayurveda etc which can have direct or indirect effect on study variables.
- •Abnormal RFT as defined by BUN, S Creatinine 1.2, S Uric acid ,
- •Pregnancy / Lactation,
- •Those with Hypothyroidism, Cushing?s syndrome, pheochromocytoma.
- •Intake of steroids / HRT
- •Those who are regularly practicing yoga for last three months
- •Those with Major psychiatric illness with cognitive impairments.
- •Those with known COPD, Congenital heart defects.
- •Those who are on glutamine supplements and protein based nutritional weight loss supplements
