Inclusion Criteria
1)Patients with 20-65 years
2)Patients with chronic subdural hematoma plan for
burr hole evacuation
3)ASA I, II &III
Exclusion Criteria
1)Patient age less than 20 years or more than 65
years
2)Local infection on site of scalp block
3)Patients with uncontrolled hypertension
4)Heart rate <50/minutes
5)Hypotension SBP <90mmhg
DBP <60mmhg
