i) Patients with clinically diagnosed tennis elbow, plantar fasciitis or Osteoarthritis of knee.
ii) Patients should have minimum of three months duration of symptoms.
iii) Patients should have undergone conservative treatment for a minimum period of three months.
iv) Patients should have pain score greater than 7 at the time of PRP injection.
v) Patients must not have had a local steroid injection in last 2 months.
vi) Both Sexes - males and females.
vii) Age- 18 years and above.
i) Less than 3 months duration of tennis elbow, plantar fasciitis or osteoarthritis of knee.
ii) Pain score less than 7.
iii) Patients without any trial of conservative treatment.
iv) Patients who have Received steroid injection in past 3 months.
v) Infection or ulcer at the injection site.
vi) Patients with secondary osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid arthritis and Sero-negative spondyloarthritis.
viii) Pregnant ladies.
ix) Patients younger than 18 years.
x) Suspicion of diagnosis.
xi) Immunosuppressed patients.
xii) Patients with connective tissue disorders.
xiii) Patients with haemoglobin less than 10 mg%.
xiv) Patients with tumours, metabolic bone disease.
