Inclusion Criteria

1)Patients having healed post burn, surgical and traumatic scars

2)Patients having healed scars regardless of site

3)Scars ranging between 2cm to 8cm in maximum dimensions

4)Duration of scar ranging between 6weeks to 4 years

Exclusion Criteria

1)patients confirmed with anemia, sepsis, thrombocytopenia, fever

2)Patients having lesions over skin at site of injection

3)Patients with abnormal bleeding history, consuming platelet aggregation inhibitors, oral anticoagulants, non steroidal anti-inflammatory agents(till 2 days before procedure) or steroid medications(till 6 weeks before procedure)

1)Scar characteristics- Site, size, shape, etiology of scar <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>2)Digital photography of scar prior to procedure, before every session of platelet rich plasma and at every follow up session <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>3) Post procedure parameters <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>Patient and Observer scar assessment scale- assessment of parameters by observer include thickness, pigmentation, vascularity, pliability, surface area and relief <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>Assessment by patient in terms of aesthetic and functional outcome i scar post procedure alongwith documentation of local complications if any <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>4) Aesthetic satisfaction of patient using Likert scale <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>Timepoint: <br/ ><br>post procedure- 7 days, 1 month, 3 month, 5 month
