1.Consenting consecutive males with Grade III-IV Andogenetic alopecia of modified Hamilton Norwood scale aged 20-49 years (The diagnosis of AGA will be established on the basis of clinical and trichoscopic features of more than 20% variability in hair diameter between affected and uninvolved areas; extent will be assessed according to the Modified Hamilton Norwood classification assessed by an experienced dermatologist (co-guide))
1.Dermatological disease of the scalp.
2.Patient who has tendency to form keloid.
3.Patient who had received medical/surgical treatment in the previous 6 months
4.Bone marrow aplasia
5.Platelet disorders, patients on antiaggregating and anticoagulant therapy,
6.Uncompensated diabetes mellitus, sepsis, cancer, immunosuppression.
7.Allergy to anaesthetics
