1. Patients scheduled for hepato-pancreatpduedenectomy 2. Patients scheduled for pancreatic total resection (including residual pancreatectomy) 3. patients with psychiatric or neurological symptoms 4. patients who are judged to be difficult to perform the 6-minute walk test 5. patients who are deemed unsuitable for enrollment in this study by the physician in charge
