Inclusion Criteria
- •patients with AKI defined as KDIGO stage2/3 within 72h after on\-pump cardiac surgery
- •\- 18\-90 years
- •\- informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- Prior kidney transplant
- •\- dialysis dependent CKD
- •\- History of human deficiency virus (HIV) or hepatitis virus (Hepatitis C)
- •\- pregnancy or nursing period
- •\- off\-pump heart surgery
- •\- hepatorenal syndrome
