Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. ESRD on regular HD 2 with spKt/V more than 1\.8 or HD 3 time/wk with spKt/V more than 1\.2
  • •2\. RRF less than 100 ml/day, 3\. Vascular access AVF or AVG, 4\. Hemodynamic stability

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Active CVD, 2\. Active malignancy, 3\. Pregnancy, 4\. Decompensated cirrhosis, 5\. Malnutrition, 6\. Patient preference
