Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Hemodialysis patients with dialysis vintage at King Chulalongkorn Memorial hospital for more than 3 months
- •Adequate hemodialysis by Kt/V as the recommended guideline
- •Urine output less than 100 ml/day
- •Stable hemodynamic for at least 2 weeks before entering the research
Exclusion Criteria
- •Active cardiovascular disease, active severe infection
- •Severe dialyzer allergy
- •Malnutrition requiring intradialytic parenteral nutrition
- •Cirrhosis child C or decompensated cirrhosis
- •Advance stage malignancy
- •Have a chance to get living related kidney transplant within 1 year
- •Unwilling to participate the project
