Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients who are stable in hemodialysis treatment at Gangnam Severance Hospital and can voluntarily agree (age 19 or older). The stable means that the vital sign is not unstable or has no history of the tumor
- •2\. Those who are treated with blood flow rate 250ml /min
- •3\. Those who can use Futhan (Nafamostat mesilate) as a anticoagulant
- •4\. A person whose weight increase between dialysis is less than 50ml / kg (dry weight)
- •5\. Those whose urea recirculation rate is less than 5%
- •6\. Those who do not have urine because they have no residual renal function
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Those who do not agree with this study
- •2\. Those who have a weight gain of more than 50gm/Kg (Dry weight) between dialysis
- •3\. Hypotension with symptomatic systolic blood pressure less than 90 mmHg during dialysis, uncontrolled hypertension with systolic blood pressure greater than 180 mmHg
- •4\. Patients with moderate cardiovascular, cerebrovascular disease, or having a history of being treated for tumors or not having a response
- •5\. Patient is receiving psychiatric treatment or who is expected to be unfit for research based on the decision of the primary care physician
- •6\. Pregnant or who has an expectant of pregnancy
- •7\. Those who are expected to be unsuitable for the study by physician
- •8\. Those who can not read Koreanl (eg, illiterate, foreigner, etc.)
