Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Idiopathic Parkinson’s disease based on International Parkinson’s disease and Movement Disorders Society criteria
- •2\. normal cognition (MMSE \= 26\)
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with
- •1\. Unable to measure of blood pressure because of arrhythmia, cardiovascular disease
- •2\. Unable to measure of blood pressure because of musculoskeletal disease
- •3\. atypical parkinsonism
- •4\. Patients with a difference of 10 mmHg or more in systolic blood pressure between upper arms
- •5\. Other patients who deemed inappropriate for the study by the researcher
