? Patients with colorectal cancer with clear pathological diagnosis.
? TNM stage I-III and completed radical surgery (R0 resection).
? Age 18-75 years old, gender is not limited.
? Sign the informed consent form.
? Have developed local recurrence or distant metastasis.
? Unable to understand and communicate through Chinese expression.
? Severe mental disorders (including schizophrenia, dementia, severe anxiety and depression, etc.).
? Any unstable condition or condition that may jeopardize patient safety and their compliance with the study.
? Subjects who are judged by the investigator to be poorly adherent or unable to cooperate in completing the study.
