简要总结
The CranioVertebral Anagle(CVA), the Korean version of the Postural Assessment Scale for Stroke (K-PASS), the Berg Balance Scale (BBS), and the Timed Up and Go test (TUG) improved after the intervention in the CFE group (p<0.05). In the control group, CVA and TUG improved after the intervention (p<0.05). The CVA, K-PASS, and BBS values of the CFE group showed a statistically significant improvement compared to the control group (p<0.05), while TUG values improved, but without a statistically significant difference versus controls (p>0.05).

入选标准
- •1) Forward head posture (CVA <48°).
- •2) A stroke diagnosis from a doctor.
- •3) An interval of 6 months to 2 years after stroke onset.
- •4) The ability to communicate with a score of 24 or higher on the Mini-Mental State Examination-Korean version.
- •5) The ability to walk 10 m independently without assistive devices.
排除标准
- •1) No orthopedic disease in the pelvis and both lower extremities.
- •2) No neglect.
- •3) No vestibular sensory problems.
- •4) No neck pain due to trauma, auditory and visual impairment, or other diseases that could affect the experiment.
